Hotel des Artistes Reservation Policies
Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits A guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6 pm) If a room is not available we will arrange your accommodation another property at our expense and provide transportation to and from the property as reasonable. All reservations made through the website must be guaranteed to a major credit card. Reservations require a deposit of 50 % at the time of booking with the balance due 60 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation Policy Cancellations for a room reservation must be received in writing or by email 60 days prior to the expected date of arrival. If the cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the property will charge the full room rate for the entire reservation period. Any cancellations outside of 60 days will be fully refunded less a $50 handling fee per room. By Mexican law any refunds must be processed in Mexican Pesos and the property if not responsible for exchange rate variations. For details of cancellation policies and deposit requirements, please check at the time of booking. Early Arrivals and Late Departures If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room we recommend reserving for the night before to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the property. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.
