Hotel des Artistes del Mar, athletic club and Spa, is a 12 unit fully furnished luxury beach-front boutique Hotel Condominium development in Punta de Mita. This luxury boutique condominium hotel features two and three bedroom beachfront suites Selling full and fractional ownership. All of the suites are fully furnished and equipped, air conditioned, with spacious ocean view terraces. It features world-class dining in an air-conditioned restaurant, piano bar, beach dining, Athletic club & Spa, art gallery, roof top infinity pool , whirlpool, deck and bar. In addition, we also offer Concierge Service, Room Service, and Valet Parking. Operating as a luxury boutique hotel and as a member of Mexico Boutique Hotels, we will offer a full rental program to homeowners.

The suites come with fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops, Viking appliances, finest wood, glass and marble, LCD TV’s, Satellite Television , wireless internet access. Each unit has a separate powder room, Bedrooms have a private full bathroom en suite.  Everything from linens to your margarita glasses!

The Beach Club & The Deluxe Beach Club suites feature one or  two full bedrooms providing over 1,400 and 2,100 square feet of luxury accommodations, occupancy may vary depending on the number of available bedrooms per unit, Single bedroom units will accomodate 2 persons, as Double bedroom units up to four persons.

There is a king size bed in the master suite overlooking the terrace with a stunning ocean view, the second bedroom features a king split, which can be made up as two twin beds or a king size bed.

The Deluxe Signature Suites feature three bedrooms providing over 2400 square feet of luxury accommodations.  Each signature suite has a unique private art collection for the enjoyment of guests, and includes a luxury furniture package for the enjoyment of guests, including two hammocks where you can relax and enjoy the sound of the waves on the terrace or the privacy of your room, the unit can accommodate six persons.
